Pick an app for mailto links...

Mac Pro (late 2013) OSX 10.11.6

How do I select Apple Mail as the default app for mailto link on my computer. They used to open a New Message window in Mail, but now all they do is open a browser window. I don't know how it happened, but I'm trying to get it reset back to the Mail app.

Help?
